Emerging Provider of Internet Authentication Technology Establishes Operations in Silicon Prairie

CHICAGO - October 11, 1999 - Authentify, Inc., an emerging provider of software and services that confirm the identity of Web users, today announced the opening of its corporate headquarters on the outskirts of Chicago in Des Plaines, IL. The company's offices are located at 2340 S. River Road just a few miles from O'Hare International Airport.

"This facility provides the necessary infrastructure to support our company's growth, and puts us in close proximity to a number of other key players in the e-commerce industry based in Chicago," said Peter Tapling, president and CEO, Authentify, Inc. Authentify initially acquired 4000 square feet, and will be able to expand as necessary within the building.
