Peter G. Tapling, President and CEO

Peter Tapling co-founded Authentify in 1999 and has held the position of President and CEO ever since. Tapling joined Authentify from Aurigin Systems (acquired by MicroPatent), and prior to that was Vice President of Strategic Development for NetDox and President of IDMetrix, a NetDox subsidiary. Tapling previously held senior management positions at startups in the information security and application development markets. He brings a wealth of industry and management experience having had responsibility, at various times, for sales, marketing, business development, finance and technical services. Tapling has concentrated his efforts on early-stage companies, both as a principal and advisor.

Tapling is an executive director of the Illinois Information Technology Association; a member of the Dean's Advisory Board of the College of Applied Sciences and Technology at Illinois State University; and acts as a mentor to entrepreneurs and an advisor to a collection of small enterprises. He is a frequent speaker at industry forums. Tapling earned a B.S. degree in Applied Computer Science from Illinois State University.

Andrew R. Rolfe, CTO

Andy Rolfe brings over 15 years of experience in security and over 30 years of experience in technical management and software engineering to Authentify's executive team. Prior to joining Authentify, Mr. Rolfe was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America, where he was in charge of the overall architecture and development processes for a series of Internet financial products for the Bank's largest commercial customers. Before Bank of America, Mr. Rolfe was employee number two at NetDox, Inc. a secure Internet document delivery service provider. He served as Vice President of Development, and senior architect. Mr. Rolfe has also held key technical and managerial positions at AT&T Bell Laboratories and Odesta Systems Corporation. He was also an independent software consultant to the City of Chicago.

Mr. Rolfe earned his Bachelor's degree in Physics, with a Computer Science concentration, from Shippensburg State College.

John Zurawski, Vice President, Marketing

John Zurawski brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience to Authentify. Prior to joining Authentify, Mr. Zurawski was Chief Operating Officer at ditto.com, a visual search engine site. Mr. Zurawski helped grow the company from 8 to 50 employees and was responsible for negotiating strategic alliances with key industry players such as NBCi and Inkomi. Prior to that, Mr. Zurawski was Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Dynasty Technologies. Among Dynasty's first employees, he helped develop major reference accounts. He also served as National Accounts Manager for SPSS, Inc., a provider of statistical and analytical software.

Mr. Zurawski graduated from Loyola University with a B.S. in Biology.

Paul Witt, Vice President, Worldwide Sales

Mr. Witt has over 21 years of experience with high-technology start-ups. Sixteen of those years have been in the IT Security market space. During the course of his career, Mr. Witt was one of the first 65 employees at Netegrity, Inc. In 8 years with Netegrity, Paul operated as a Senior Engineer, VP of Sales, and VP of Business Development. In those capacities, he helped build the company to over 400 employees and $150M revenue. Paul has spoken at InfraGuard meetings, CA World, and several local SiteMinder User Group Meetings.

Mr. Witt graduated from Bradley University with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and a Minor in Business.

Jeffrey Ricketts, Vice President, Service Delivery

Jeff Ricketts has over 30 years of experience in IT management including application development, consulting, customer support and operations. Prior to joining Authentify, Mr. Ricketts was Assistant Vice President at AT&T where he was responsible for interactive voice response and desktop systems used across AT&T's retail customer service centers. His experience spans a number of industries and disciplines including financial services, management consulting, insurance, telecommunications, information security and others. He has led IT organizations through challenges including outsourcing, downsizing, mergers and acquisitions, technology swaps, and significant growth periods.

Mr. Ricketts is a member of the Business and Industry Advisory Council for the School of IT at Illinois State University. He earned a B.S. degree in Applied Computer Science from Illinois State University.

Alan Dundas, Vice President, Product

Alan Dundas has over 20 years of experience developing successful networking and security products. Prior to joining Authentify, Mr. Dundas was CTO and Technical Director for Symantec's Managed PKI Service (acquired from VeriSign), where he was responsible for the overall architecture, product roadmap and development planning. Prior to VeriSign, he was the Chief Architect for Hewlett-Packard's Workforce PKI, supporting over 300 thousand software and hardware credentials for its employees and business partners. Mr. Dundas has also held key technical positions in Hewlett Packard's networking and operating systems development groups. He is certified CISSP.

Mr. Dundas earned a B.A. degree in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Mathematics from the State University of New York in Potsdam.
