James R. Woodhill
Chairman and Founder
Mr. Woodhill has worked in enterprise computing for 30 years, first for customer organizations, then for software vendor companies, and now as an early-stage investor.
Currently, Mr. Woodhill is a General Partner of JMI-MWSV Fund, Inc. JMI-MWSV has made many early-stage investments in companies specializing in the Internet security area, including: Authentify, Securant Technologies, TrustedTransport.com, Software Realization and RiskWatch. In addition, Mr. Woodhill was the seed investor and VP Marketing for Mission Critical Software, Inc. (NASD:MCSW). He also co-founded MVS Software, a maker of console automation products.
Mr. Woodhill graduated in 1969 with a B.S. in Business from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Peter G. Tapling
President and CEO
Mr. Tapling brings over 18 years of senior management experience with high-technology start-ups to Authentify. Over the course of his career, Mr. Tapling has been a senior manager in everything from sales and marketing to business development and technical services. Since 1992, Mr. Tapling has concentrated his efforts on early-stage companies, both as a principal and advisor.
Thanks to his broad background in the high-tech arena, Mr. Tapling is a frequent speaker at various industry forums. Mr. Tapling graduated in 1982 from Illinois State University with a B.S. degree in Applied Computer Science.

Andrew R. Rolfe
Vice President of Development
Mr. Rolfe brings over 20 years of experience in technical management and software engineering to Authentify's executive team. Prior to joining Authentify, Mr. Rolfe was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America, where he was in charge of the overall architecture and development processes for a series of Internet financial products for the Bank's largest commercial customers. Before Bank of America, Mr. Rolfe was employee number two at NetDox, Inc. a secure Internet document delivery service provider. He served as Vice President of Development, senior architect, and senior designer. Mr. Rolfe has also held key technical and managerial positions at AT&T Bell Laboratories and Odesta Systems Corporation. He was also an independent software consultant to the City of Chicago.
Mr. Rolfe earned his Bachelor's degree in Physics, with a Computer Science concentration, from Shippensburg State College.

John Zurawski
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Zurawski brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience to Authentify. Prior to joining Authentify, Mr. Zurawski was Chief Operating Officer at ditto.com, a visual search engine site. Mr. Zurawski helped grow the company from 8 to 50 employees and was responsible for negotiating strategic alliances with key industry players such as NBCi and Inkomi. Prior to that, Mr. Zurawski was Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Dynasty Technologies. Among Dynasty's first employees, he helped develop major reference accounts. He also served as National Accounts Manager for SPSS, Inc., a provider of statistical and analytical software.
Mr. Zurawski graduated from Loyola University with a B.S. in Biology
